Customized Item Return Policy
Customized items are only fixed when there is an issue. We do not return or refund products. If there is an issue with our product, we only fix it..If sizes are same and you customize color also that product is customizable.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase but understand that sometimes an item needs to be returned. No worries – we are here to help!
We’re pretty upfront about our products and services, and will not surprise you with any hidden fees or costs. We do place a few limitations on our returns policy, but we think that they are fair.
Assembled products cannot be exchanged unless it is a manufacturing defect. Five Star Home Furniture LLC. reserves the right to determine this. Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its unused new condition. Products that have scratches, stains, damages, drilling or any other modifications will not be returnable.
Within 24 hours of receiving the products purchased, all items must be opened and checked by the customer (maintaining the original packing). If this does not happen Five Star Home Furniture LLC. cannot be liable for any damage or fault, and order isn’t eligible for return.
Purchases that are not refundable
• Assembled / disassembled items
• Open sofas, beds, installed MDF items/furniture
• Used bedding (i.e. bed linens, duvets, pillows and pillow-tops)
• Any mattress or stuffed and upholstered products without a law label
• Made-to-measure items (i.e. custom and on-demand manufactured items)
• Products that have been modified, altered or washed
• Five Star Home Furniture LLC gift cards
• At any time, Five Star Home Furniture LLC reserves the right to refuse a return or exchange, and we may ask for picture identification.
We keep receiving new containers of raw materials every months from our vendors. New stocks of particular item may vary slight differences in colors or fixing.
If customer placed 2 orders in 2 different periods for the same item. Customer should expect some slight differences in color or textures as manufacturing technology keeps developing.
Mode of Return:
Refunds will be done in the bank transfer within 7 working days after the day of cancellation. So, if you used your credit card, we will credit the amount to your account. Do bear in mind that this is a longer process.
Mode of Cancellation:
Cancellation is only acceptable within 24 hours after placing of any order (online or by sales agent). Afterward there will be a deduction of bank charges (depends on amount). And there is no cash back on the customized orders.
Made to order products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Delivery and Pickup Charges:
We will deduct the original delivery charge if there is no valid reason for return. If the Shipping was free with the Product there will be a charge of Minimum 150 AED as a pickup charge.
Notify within 24 hours Days:
We must be notified within 3 days of receiving your product delivery. After 24 hours days, we will not be able to accept your return and customizabel item not returnable.
If the order has a longer delivery time than you had previously seen or discussed with you by our sales experts, it is of course possible to cancel (a part of) the order. For this you can contact our customer service. They will cancel the order for you. The order can be canceled only within 24 hours once the order has been placed or confirmed. The 95% purchased amount will be back on your bank account within seven working days. 5% amount will be deducted for bank charges when you cancel order. When an order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. And there’s no cash back on the customized products or orders.
